    1. Well, I should mention that the only negative aspect is that you are named after a Tolkien character…and my wife is begging me to name our future daughter, Eowyn. Now that she sees an Eowyn blogging about missional and confessional, I have no ground to stand on.

      So, I guess I’ll have a house willed with Eowyns, Gimilis, Thorins, and Galadriels. :-/

Taking a page from Steven Covey, here are my top seven vocations/callings: 1. Follower of Jesus 2. Husband to Ashlee 3. Father to Ralphie (8), Simon (6), Mary (1) and Rosie (newborn) 4. Church Planter for the ARP Denomination 5. Pastor/Shepherd to Hill City Church 6. Neighbor in Rock Hill, SC 7. Christian Counselor in Training I'm also into philosophy, good TV/Movie dramas, block parties, the ordinary and the broken, conversation over coffee (or pizza). But most of all I'm striving for faithfulness in the seven vocations I've listed above.
